Swimming Pool Rules & Guidelines

Please read these rules and safety guidelines carefully before using the swimming pool. By availing of the swimming facilities, all members agree to comply with these rules. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

1. Membership & Access

  1. Membership card must be presented at the entrance before entering the swimming pool.
  2. Membership is non-transferable and non-extendable.
  3. Only members enrolled in the Coaching Plan are permitted to use the Beginners Pool.
  4. Only one parent or guardian is allowed to accompany a member below 15 years of age.

2. Dress Code & Hygiene

  1. Wearing a swimming costume and swimming cap is mandatory.
  2. A shower must be taken before entering the swimming pool.
  3. Avoid wearing jewellery, ornaments, watches, or other accessories while swimming.
  4. Do not use the pool if you have a contagious illness, skin infection, or open wounds.

3. Safety Rules

  1. Swimmers are responsible for their own safety and any injuries sustained while swimming.
  2. All swimmers must strictly follow the instructions of the coach and lifeguard.
  3. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in suspension of swimming privileges.

4. Code of Conduct

  1. Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
  2. The decision of the swimming pool management shall be final.
  3. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the pool premises.
  4. Members under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance are not permitted to enter the pool premises.

5. Belongings & Liability

  1. Members are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings and valuables.
  2. The swimming pool management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  3. No claims for loss of cash, valuables, or personal property will be entertained.

6. Fees & Refund Policy

  1. Membership fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. No refund shall be provided if the swimming pool remains closed due to any reason whatsoever.
