1. All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
2. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees.
3. Deva Swimming Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion.
4. Only memberships purchased from our official website (www.devaswimminginstitute.com) or directly from our office are valid. Memberships obtained through any third-party website, agent, or platform are not valid.

1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns that may affect participation in swimming activities.
2. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for minors.
3. The Institute reserves the right to request medical clearance where necessary.

1. All swimmers must follow instructions provided by coaches, lifeguards, and authorized staff.
2. Running, rough play, unsafe conduct, and diving in restricted areas are strictly prohibited.
3. Appropriate swimwear is mandatory during training sessions.
4. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from sessions or termination of enrollment without refund.

1. Programs are offered under Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced/Competitive levels.
2. Advancement between levels is determined solely by the coaching staff.
3. Training schedules may be adjusted due to maintenance, weather conditions, competitions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of training.
2. Memberships and coaching packages are non-transferable.
3. The Institute reserves the right to revise fees, plans, and program structures without prior notice.

1. Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
2. Missed sessions will not be compensated, refunded, or carried forward unless specifically approved by management.

1. The Institute may photograph or record training sessions, events, competitions, and activities for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
2. By enrolling, participants consent to such use unless written notice is provided prior to participation.

1. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
2. Deva Swimming Institute shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property within the premises.

1. Swimming and related activities involve inherent risks.
2. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3. Deva Swimming Institute, its management, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in swimming activities or use of facilities, except where required by applicable law.

1. Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission.
2. All website content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and materials remain the property of Deva Swimming Institute.

Deva Swimming Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
